In the initial contact phase either you or your organization reaches out to our program to check eligibility. Every encounter is determined on a case by case basis and will solely be determined by our staff. We are an equal opportunity provider yet we still have the right to refuse service.

In determining eligibility we ask a series of questions to get a better understanding of your personal mission or your company's mission. This includes but is not limited to history about the company and the general purpose of the fundraiser. Consider this step a brief interview...

Assuming eligibility is met, discussing the needs and expectations of a fundraiser is very important in order to set forth a feasible plan and carry it out accordingly. In this step we will go in depth about the specifics of the potential fundraiser. This includes deadlines, funds needed etc...

In the planning stage this consist of "The Sunraiser" proposing a plan that both raises the amount of capital needed and doing so within the time allotted. We then discuss the plan in further detail to set forth terms and an agreement.

Assuming an agreement is made we begin on the date set forth in the agreement. There are no guarantees that a fundraiser will reach it's desired goal. However with following the strategy step by step we are more than confident most individuals and organizations will surpass their initial goal. We will carry out, monitor and assist with throughout this entire process along with updating the individual or organization every step of the way.

When a fundraiser reaches it's goal or the date set forth approaches we then AWARD the individual or organization with the funds raised. 100% of the funds are given to the above mentioned entity. The Sunraiser does not take a percentage of any of the funds raised for any individual or organization. Funds will be dispersed at the end of the term set forth in the agreement.

Upon initial contact we gather information, discuss needs and set expectations. This involves getting a clear understanding of what is needed and what is the current state of the situation at hand.

Throughout this portion of the process we go over all relevant information like contracts and documentation and etc. These are key necessities in being able to help the intended person.

We compile all of the facts and input this information into our state of the art database that comprises everything and runs an analysis on whether or not solar is feasible and a good option for the intended person. This along with our combined knowledge and years of experience and expertise we then asses the finding.

After we run our analysis and do our research we then follow up with the intended person to present our findings and discuss needs moving forward.

Our last point of contact goes over the solutions to the findings if there are any. We help you step by step in moving forward whether it be canceling a project or simply finding another supplier. Worst case scenario is finding out that solar isn’t a good option for your location instead of finding out after a project is already complete.
